Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, customer service, or industry-related experience.
• Experience in HVAC, automotive, appliances, machinery, equipment, manufacturing, or parts is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers by phone and email.
• Ability to learn technical products and understand customer needs.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales career.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Previous parts sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls and respond to inbound customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Work with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts and products.
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders.
• Follow up with customers and prospects to close sales.
• Promote products and services to both new and existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the company database.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to meet sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, team meetings, and professional development.
