Job summary

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning in Rochester, NY is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to develop prospects and interact with customers primarily by phone. You will work with field teams including Energy Auditors, Sales Coordinators, and Department Managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in related area preferred.
• Two or more years of proven inside sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• HVAC knowledge or experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails from leads.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to fulfill their expectations.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Maintain customer database with accuracy and precision.
• Work with Home Performance and Sales teams to schedule appointments.
• Meet monthly department goals.
• Demonstrate a professional level of conduct.
