The successful candidate will make 125–150 outbound calls per day, educate customers on services, maintain CRM notes, and work toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals within a supportive local company.

Qualifications

• Experience in home services or call-center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to past and existing customers.
• Identify chimney service needs and schedule technician appointments.
• Educate customers on maintenance and available services.
• Follow up with customers and clients who have estimates.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow the sales process.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and sales goals.
• Provide professional customer experience on every call.
