Job summary

iNRCORE Group in Huntington, NY is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue through account management, customer engagement, and precise order fulfillment. You will issue quotes, process orders, coordinate with engineering and supply chain, and support the outside sales team.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in inside or technical sales within electronics, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and meticulous organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in inside sales or technical sales for electronics/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electronics components and defense/high-reliability markets.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools with good organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts and manage relationships.
• Prepare quotes, confirm and process orders, and respond to pricing requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and update CRM with customer data.
• Support outside sales with information and leads and ensure export compliance.
