Job summary

Airblack Technologies is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to counsel prospective students on beauty courses and drive enrollment growth. You will conduct video counseling, manage tele-calling, and participate in events to meet monthly revenue targets.

The role is remote with a fixed salary plus high incentives, and offers fast-track growth within a women-first, supportive startup culture. Fluency in English and Hindi is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience: 16 years in Inside Sales / B2C Sales.
• Preferred Industry: EdTech / Beauty & Wellness / Banking / Insurance.
• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi).
• Target-driven with a passion for sales.
• Comfortable with work-from-home setup.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide prospective students on beauty & makeup courses.
• Drive sales by converting leads into enrollments.
• Conduct video counseling sessions & tele-calling.
• Participate in admission events and engagement activities.
• Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets.
