The position features a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a total first-year earning potential of $60,000–$95,000+. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, on-site. Training and development are a core priority.

• Consistently work toward daily and monthly performance goals.
