This full-time, office-based role offers base pay plus commission, with un capped earning potential. You will use HubSpot to manage a busy pipeline and collaborate with field teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or phone sales.
• Proven ability to handle customer service conversations.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and qualify prospects.
• Conduct consultative conversations to recommend the right solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and close contracts over the phone.
• Keep your pipeline organized and updated in HubSpot.
• Coordinate with field and production teams for a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up post-project for reviews, referrals, and repeat business.
