Erie Home is seeking energetic Sales Representatives to help homeowners protect their homes with expert roofing solutions. You will work with pre-qualified leads, receive paid training, and control your income with uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

With over 100 locations and rapid growth, this role offers a clear path to leadership, substantial earning potential, and comprehensive W-2 benefits. You will conduct in-home presentations, close deals, and contribute to nationwide expansion.

Qualifikationen

• No sales or construction experience needed – we provide full training.
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with auto insurance.
• Must be able to travel to and from in-home appointments.

Aufgaben

• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations & product demos.
• Negotiate & close deals to meet homeowner’s needs.
• Use software for precise measurements.
• Assess home damage and provide roofing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships after the sale.
