Liberty Roofing Pros LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our field team in the Western PA/Eastern OH region. The role focuses on on-site inspections, tailored roofing solutions, and closing deals in a commission-based environment.

We provide a company vehicle, pre-scheduled appointments, and professional sales coaching. Top earners enjoy uncapped potential beyond the $1,000/week guaranteed pay.

Formación

• Education & experience requirements for outside sales, especially in home improvement or construction.
• Strong communication and proposal-writing abilities for CRM documentation.
• Experience logging sales activity in a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) preferred.
• Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals confidently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage appointments, conduct on-site roofing assessments, and document findings.
• Create personalized roofing options and present them to homeowners.
• Close sales, collect payments, and assist customers with financing options.
• Maintain a sales pipeline in HubSpot and nurture client relationships.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Production, and other departments for a smooth handoff.
• Track performance metrics and participate in ongoing sales coaching.
