Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, phone sales, or customer service.
• Comfortable on the phone and confident closing conversations.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy pipeline independently.
• Reliable home workspace, quiet environment, and strong internet connection.
• CRM experience a plus — HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and qualify prospects.
• Conduct consultative conversations to recommend the right solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and close contracts over the phone.
• Keep your pipeline organized and updated in HubSpot.
• Follow up post-project for reviews, referrals, and repeat business.
