About The Role

This is a fully remote, full-time inside sales position open to candidates anywhere in the US. You'll be on the phone and in our CRM connecting with homeowners, qualifying leads, and guiding customers from first contact to signed contract. Your income is directly tied to your effort — the more you close, the more you earn, with no cap on commission.

Compensation & Schedule

• 40–50 hours per week
• Base hourly pay plus commission — multiple ways to earn
• Top performers earn $70,000–$110,000+

The Pay Range For This Role Is

70,000 - 110,000 USD per year(US)
