Sager Electronics in Lewisville, TX is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our Lewisville service center. This role targets a proven leader with a background in electronic distribution who can develop talent, drive sales growth, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will manage and develop service center personnel, optimize operations, and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams while upholding company policies and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, accounting, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 10-15 years of professional experience within the electronic and electrical distribution industry.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience managing teams and business operations.
• Proven success managing customer relationships, sales operations, and employee development.
• Experience with electronic components distribution.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and distribution operations.
• Familiarity with CRM and business reporting tools.
• Distribution industry operations and best practices.
• Organizational leadership, budgeting, and business management.
• Financial analysis, reporting, and personnel management.
• Customer service excellence and sales process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Service Center personnel.
• Ensure staffing levels and employee development plans.
• Make or approve employment decisions including hiring, evaluations, promotions, compensation, transfers, and terminations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and high morale.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the territory.
• Monitor sales performance and service metrics; take corrective action as needed.
• Develop and manage annual budgets with cost controls.
• Coordinate Service Center activities with other departments for seamless operations.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately, profitably, and on time.
• Resolve complex customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Build relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and sales reps.
• Communicate vendor programs, policies, and market strategies across teams.
