Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a full-time, onsite role in Marietta, GA. You will process orders, provide technical information, and upsell related products, while coordinating with the outside sales team to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
1–3+ years in customer service in an industrial distributor is a plus.
Experience in inside technical sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Sell company products by processing orders, price and delivery inquiries, providing technical and application information, and suggesting related items.
Manage orders from quotation to collection; review orders and documentation as needed.
Check availability and verify ship dates; respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Negotiate pricing and delivery with vendors when necessary.
Work closely with Outside Sales to solicit business and maintain superior customer service levels.
