Merritt Aluminum Products in Colorado is seeking a motivated Lead Generation and Sales Support professional to build a strong pipeline and partner with the outside sales team. The role focuses on identifying prospects, executing outbound calls, qualifying inbound inquiries, and using CRM to drive growth.

Responsibilities include presenting product features, delivering customized proposals and quotes, and entering orders into ERP.

Qualifications

• Experience in a tech support or customer service role or equivalent skill set.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and translate them into solutions.
• Excellent communication and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers through various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, market research and existing customer reviews.
• Complete 20+ outbound calls daily to prospects and existing customers.
• Present product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
• Deliver product demonstrations via phone, video conferencing, or screen sharing; Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotes.
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets; Enter orders into the ERP quickly and accurately.
• Maintain and grow a strong pipeline with the outside sales team; track interactions in CRM.
