Job summary

Restorative Industries seeks an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Alexandria, TN. You will be the primary voice for incoming customers and own a book of pro partner accounts to grow, primarily via phone and email.

Ideal candidates are organized, comfortable on calls all day, and motivated to expand accounts over time, with a pathway to larger responsibilities as the inside sales team expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management, especially growing accounts
• Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
• Organized and accurate to ensure correct orders
• Self-starter who uses downtime for outbound work
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly

Responsibilities

• Inbound service and order capture: answer calls, take orders accurately, ensure customers are helped
• Own a defined book of pro partner accounts and grow revenue
• Reactivate partners who slowed down or stopped ordering
• Help partners order smarter and larger with right products and bundles
• Onboard new pro partners and set them up for success
• Keep clear notes and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
