Job summary

Restorative Industries, a wood care company based in Alexandria, TN, is building an inside sales team and seeking an Account Manager. You will own a defined book of pro partner accounts, primarily via phone and email, growing revenue and relationships from the ground up.

This hybrid role combines servicing incoming customers with proactive account growth. Base pay ranges $19–$23 per hour, plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, targeting total pay from mid-$50k to $80k as book size grows.

Responsibilities

• Inbound service and order capture: answer calls and take orders accurately.
• Account ownership: manage a defined book of pro partner accounts and grow revenue.
• Reactivation: re-engage dormant partners to restore orders.
• Account growth: upsell with the right products and bundles.
• New partner onboarding: set up partners for first orders.
• Recordkeeping: maintain clear notes and follow-ups.
