Job summary

AccuTemp, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Baton Rouge. You will drive revenue by contacting customers via calls, emails, and texts, guiding them through service and system purchase decisions, and ensuring a 5-star experience from first contact to final sale.

Collaborating with field technicians and service teams, you will uncover opportunities, follow up on leads, and maintain relationships that reflect our values of service excellence and community

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in inside sales or customer service, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain products, services, and processes to customers.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Conduct outbound outreach to follow up on leads, open estimates, canceled jobs, and completed jobs for potential service opportunities.
• Assist service technicians in offering additional services or system replacements while they are in the customer’s home.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database within CRM or Excel with complete and accurate information.
• Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear and timely communication.
• Receive and book new leads, explain company processes to new customers, and offer additional products or add-ons.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
• Track sales activities, manage follow-up schedules, and elevate customer concerns as needed to maintain satisfaction.
