Qualifications

• 3+ years selling in a call center or sales environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organized.
• Energetic, resilient, and competitive with a positive attitude.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full knowledge of Teleflora product lines, services, systems and technology; use internal sales tools to maximize sales.
• Collaborate with supervisor and coordinator to develop effective selling strategies, including closing and upselling.
• Establish a daily rhythm with calls and progress toward targets and objectives.
• Exceed personal and team sales targets by managing calls, talk time, close rates and units per sale.
• Build rapport with Teleflora florists and reinforce partnerships.
• Provide feedback and participate in meetings and training as needed.
• Be willing to work overtime during floral holidays and perform other duties.
