Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking an Inside Sales professional to join our growing team in Oklahoma City. You will leverage Teleflora product lines and internal tools to maximize sales, close deals, and upsell within a dynamic office setting.

You will collaborate with supervisors and coordinators, maintain a disciplined call routine, and contribute to achieving both personal and team targets. Flexibility for overtime during floral holidays and continuous training are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling in a call center and sales environment with proven phone and sales skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and very organized.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, emotional intelligence and collaboration.
• Solution-oriented, optimistic, fast-paced and comfortable with a dynamic organization.
• Basic computer proficiency including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full knowledge of Teleflora product lines, services, systems and technology and use internal tools to maximize sales.
• Develop and execute effective selling strategies including closing sales and upselling.
• Establish a daily operating rhythm with disciplined calling and team targets.
• Exceed personal and team sales targets by managing calls, time, and close rates.
• Build rapport with Teleflora florists and reinforce product and service value.
• Provide feedback and participate in meetings and training programs as needed.
• Be willing to work overtime during floral holidays and perform other tasks as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.
