Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales or technical sales experience.
• Experience in fire protection, industrial safety, or building systems preferred; knowledge of NFPA codes and standards a plus.
• Strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts; respond to inbound inquiries and reach out to potential customers.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve price discrepancies and distributor sales issues, approving routine exceptions within established authority.
• Negotiate delivery schedules, product alternatives, and order priorities to meet customer and operational requirements.
• Educate customers on product offerings and track customer preferences to support sales initiatives.
• Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) and prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
