Job summary

Typical schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime eligibility. Pay is dependent on experience with quarterly performance bonus and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; business/communications fields favored.
• Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills with customers.
• Willingness to learn in sales, account management or customer success.
• Confident communicator for phone and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to uncover needs and recommend rental solutions.
• Open new accounts and increase revenue per transaction.
• Handle reservations, contracts, deliveries, and returns.
• Document leads in Salesforce and coordinate with teams.
• Provide prompt, professional service to walk-in and phone inquiries.
