Traffic Safety Supplies, part of the Helix Traffic Solutions network, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to engage customers by phone, email, and in person across Virginia and Maryland. You will build relationships, generate new opportunities, process showroom orders, and coordinate with Purchasing and Sign departments to ensure accurate, timely quotes and satisfied customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently within a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to grow the book of business.
• Generate new sales opportunities and process showroom orders.
• Quote creation and accurate entry of orders into the system.
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to increase revenue.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Sign departments for special orders.
• Assist with quotes, outreach, and other sales-related tasks as needed.
