Job summary

Total Safety U.S. Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to support customers, build quotes on products, write orders and communicate pertinent information in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma (or GED) and at least two years of sales experience, with strong verbal and written communication, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and work independently.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED with 2+ years of sales experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug/alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones for inbound and outbound account management.
• Assist with administrative setup of quotes and support order processing as directed.
• Build positive customer relationships.
• Follow documented customer contract requirements and refer exceptions or questions to the appropriate team member.
• Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams to help meet departmental goals.
• Process order cancellations or changes and communicate updates to the appropriate internal departments.
• Coordinate with customers and related departments within the company.
• Provide basic product and service information, assist with pricing inquiries, and support preparation of sales documentation.
• Perform other related duties as required.
