Rexel USA, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Platt team in East Boise, ID. The role focuses on proactive inside sales via phone or email to grow profitable sales, maintain customer relationships, and process quotes and orders.

You’ll use company tools to sell, answer questions, and identify opportunities for growth within the existing customer base, while supporting outside sales and handling orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone or email orders with pricing, delivery, and terms.
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions.
• Sell using digital tools and promote products to new and existing customers.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined geographic territory.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
