Job summary

Rexel USA in Boise, ID seeks an Inside Sales Representative to proactively engage customers by phone and email, process quotes and orders, and grow profitable sales within the Platt team.

You will maintain relationships, learn customer operations, provide product knowledge, and collaborate with outside sales to drive growth; 2+ years in customer service or sales preferred; High School diploma required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone or email quotes and orders to increase profitable sales.
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions and inquiries.
• Sell, promote, and demonstrate products using company tools to grow accounts.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined geographic territory.
• Maintain and grow a defined customer base through relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and close orders.
