Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our Platt team in Boise, Idaho. You will provide exceptional service, assist customers with purchases and returns, and help stock and maintain the showroom.

Role involves supporting branch operations, driving counter sales, and developing customer relationships while staying up-to-date on product knowledge and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• High School or GED is required.
• Knowledge of electrical products or electrical distribution environment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge.
• Assist inside sales as needed.
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
