• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and website navigation.

Responsibilities

• Take orders over the phone, in person, and via Digital Tools.
• Enter stock, special, direct and back orders as required.
• Provide customers with information and demonstrate our online ordering solution.
• Participate in ongoing training for Digital Tools.
• Utilize resources to assist in closing sales and providing service.
• Perform outreach calls to customers to drive business.
• Back up and assist at the counter.
