Job summary

Radwell International in St. Charles, MO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to use Salesforce for sales and customer support, handling inquiries and managing leads from phone inquiries.

You will respond to inquiries, manage opportunities, source new products, negotiate pricing, check inventory, and coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate quotes and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must understand the sales cycle; ability to understand Radwell sales cycle.
• Strong computer skills; ability to learn and understand Radwell computer systems to perform job tasks in an automated environment.
• Proficiency using e-mail, the internet, Microsoft Office, and other computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email or through other means.
• Manage sales opportunities and turn opportunities into billable sales.
• Source products from manufacturers not currently supplied by Radwell (new products).
• Negotiate best purchase price for new products.
• Check inventory and fulfill orders out of inventory if possible.
• Correspond with customers via phone and e-mail in a timely, professional manner.
• Enter quotations and orders with accurate delivery and payment terms; confirm orders with customers.
