Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids and assisting prospecting.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation with product information and solution details.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for orders and issues.
• Oversee and support the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, ensuring quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and complete other duties as assigned.
