Job summary

Magneto & Diesel Injector Service Inc is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to assist customers through Counter Sales, Phone Calls, and Email. This position requires an enthusiastic desire to consistently provide top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities include helping walk-in customers, selecting required parts, processing orders, and using the CRM to develop new leads and grow the parts business. The role requires effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Pre-employment background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with walk-in customers at the front counter.
• Assist customers in selecting required parts and recommend associated products and services.
• Receive and process orders via the counter, phone, and email.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and needed information.
• Develop new leads using referrals, web, and other electronic media.
• Documents all relevant account activity in the CRM tool.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
