Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Oregon team. You will answer customer calls, process orders, and build quotes while collaborating with Outside Sales to grow key accounts.

The role requires at least 2 years of sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. You’ll maintain accurate records in the ACS system and help turn inquiries into orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales and/or customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with fast learning ability.
• Persuasive, amiable and goal oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office; typing 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by answering incoming customer calls, solving problems, entering orders and completing follow-up procedures.
• Maximizes customer contact on the phone by turning product inquiries into orders; suggests accessories or replacement items to customers.
• Writes bids and quotations when appropriate and performs follow-up procedures.
• Documents all customer contact and sales activities in the ACS system.
• Communicates with Outside Sales to ensure account management and customer service for new and existing customers.
• Supports Outside Sales in implementing sales and marketing plan.
• Keeps current on Ryan Herco Flow Solutions products.
• Attends product and sales training meetings as required.
• Updates and maintains database.
