Job summary

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Leader to drive cooperation, accountability and empowerment within the sales team. The role emphasizes proactive sales activities, customer satisfaction through timely quotes and bids, and staff coaching.

The candidate should have 3+ years in Inside Sales or Customer Service, with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and PC proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Plumbing industry knowledge is a plus and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years Inside Sales/Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge of PVC fittings or plumbing industry is a plus.
• PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Mechanical/Technical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent customer service skills; interacts effectively with a wide range of people.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cooperative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Insures that the Inside Sales team is pro-active and productively engaged in selling activities.
• Provides and ensures customer satisfaction through timely quotes, bids and follow-up.
• Assists in recruitment, interviewing and hiring Inside Sales and Warehouse employees.
• Trains, coaches, and leads staff.
• Liaison for Outside Sales, Regional Manager and customers.
• Leads by example and holds staff accountable.
