Job summary

American Stone is seeking a full-time Inside Sales team member to assist contractors, landscapers, builders, and retail customers through inbound sales, order processing, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities

• Assist contractors, homeowners, and retail customers with product selection and order support.
• Respond to inbound calls, walk-in traffic, and customer inquiries.
• Build long-term customer relationships and support repeat business.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Identify upsell opportunities and recommend products.
• Coordinate with yard and operations teams to fulfill orders.
