Job summary

American Stone is hiring a full-time Inside Sales team member to support contractors, landscapers, builders, and retail customers through inbound sales, order processing, and customer relationship management.

The position is primarily on-site and requires local availability during business hours, including Saturdays when needed. Compensation is base pay plus commission, with typical earnings between $45K and $60K+ annually depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing or sales experience
• Ability to work on-site in a construction/materials environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to work Saturdays when needed
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and order support
• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries
• Build long-term customer relationships and support repeat business
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Recommend products and upsell opportunities
• Coordinate with yard and operations teams to fulfill orders
• Maintain organized customer records and sales information
• Support daily showroom and sales operations
• Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals
