Foundation Building Materials, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Valdosta, GA. You will build strong customer relationships through expert guidance and exceptional service, from the front counter to tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes accurate quotes, order processing, and collaboration with outside sales reps and internal teams to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing orders, maintaining showroom stock, coordinating deliveries, and

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years inside sales experience (incoming call preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to focus on different tasks and use time efficiently to achieve desired outcomes
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems
• Warehouse work which includes forklift experience/training

• Customer Service & Sales Support: Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers before, during, and after sales
• Order Management & Communication: Enter orders, pricing, and customer data into systems accurately; respond to orders and quote requests
• Inventory & Showroom Operations: Maintain stock levels, organize showroom, coordinate deliveries and shipping logistics
• Cash Handling & System Use: Operate and balance cash register; use billing and project-tracking software
• Product & Project Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date product expertise; manage documentation for large projects
• Logistics & Operations Coordination: Coordinate deliveries with Operations and purchase/delivery of special products
• Trainings: Attend all required meetings and training programs
• Miscellaneous: Support Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and other duties
