Hirewell's client is seeking a Business Development Professional who excels at coordinating and implementing a development/project business development process. This inside‑sales role hunter creates new pipelines through cold calling and targeted outreach.

You will be the brand's spokesperson, develop marketing plans, network with influencers, and use CRM and LinkedIn to qualify opportunities, then collaborate with internal teams to move prospects toward closure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development or inside sales.
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and social media prospecting.
