Triangle Fastener Corporation is seeking a local Inside Sales Representative in Raleigh, NC. You will be the first contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries, supporting both individual customers and the Outside Sales team by managing quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales-based customer service or related position, with a High School Diploma or GED and an Associate’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and quotes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate customer quotes via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide customers through product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to meet demand.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Support Outside Sales with backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and promote featured products.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
• Prepare and send product samples, catalogs, and credit applications.
• Review open sales reports and ensure data integrity.
• Pull counter orders to ensure timely service.
