Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to the branch through deficiency estimating and sales.
• Manage the deficiency estimating process from creation to closure using approved sales platforms.
• Must be organized and able to exercise effective time management to prioritize workload.
• Open to continual learning and growth.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.
• Data entry, printing, and processing of branch sales/work orders.
• Answer and route phone calls effectively.
• Follow all Koorsen safety regulations and company policies.
