Job summary

Koorsen Fire & Security is seeking an Inventory Control professional in the Nashville, TN area to join our team. You will manage branch inventory, process purchase orders, monitor stock levels, receive shipments, and track orders to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements include 1–3 years of inventory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Working hours are 7:00 am - 3:45 pm, Monday–Friday, with hourly pay of $19-$30 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inventory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the parts and inventory in a branch.
• Enter Purchase Order details into internal databases.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Receive and process shipments.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.
• Open to continual learning.
• Follow safety regulations and Koorsen policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
