• Industry experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to the branch through deficiency estimating and sales
• Manage the deficiency estimating process from creation to closure using approved sales platforms
• Be organized and able to manage time effectively to prioritize workload
• Open to continual learning
• Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally
• Perform data entry, printing, and processing of branch sales/work orders
• Answer and route phone calls effectively
• Follow all safety regulations and Koorsen policies
