Vetrina Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced inside sales professional to drive new business, manage customer relationships, and coordinate projects from first contact through delivery. In this full-time, direct-hire role, you will handle inbound and outbound sales, work closely with production and logistics, and grow with a fast‑moving, growing company.

Starting at $50,000 + commission, with room to advance as you prove your impact.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of direct sales and/or cold-calling experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in aluminum windows, doors, PVC windows/doors, construction, building materials, or a related industry is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Handles inbound calls and sales leads, and makes outbound calls to develop new business.
• Builds relationships with contractors, builders, architects, designers, homeowners, and industry professionals.
• Follows up with leads and turns opportunities into sales.
• Maintains CRM records and customer information throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manages customer orders from initial contact through delivery and coordinates with production, engineering and logistics.
• Keeps customers informed about project timelines and solutions to problems that arise.
