Carter Lumber is hiring an Inside Sales Rep to be the face of the store, helping customers with product info, estimates, and transactions. You will follow up on quotes, qualify new leads, and support Outside Sales while helping with inventory cycles.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store; share product info and advise on project needs.
• Produce estimates for packages/projects and process transactions.
• Follow up on online quotes; cold call to qualify new leads.
• Support Outside Sales Reps and assist in inventory control (cycle counts, resolving overages/shortages).
