Job summary

Brand Vaughan, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support new and existing customers across Georgia. You will provide product information, prepare quotes, and assist outside sales reps by coordinating orders, deliveries, and installations.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries about product selection, pricing, and scheduling, as well as maintaining stock levels and building strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in building material industry or inside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries about product selection, orders, prices, quotations, complaints, deliveries and installations.
• Initiate calls to generate sales and obtain orders from customers and sales representatives.
• Enter work orders, returns, price lists, and service requests; file paperwork accordingly.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products and obtain pricing/specifications.
• Manage project schedules with outside sales, jobsites, and customers.
• Maintain stock levels on sales floor and in stockroom.
• Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
• Resolve back orders and billing issues; handle special orders and pricing.
