Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for homeowners via inbound calls and deliver exceptional service.
• Outbound calls to warm leads and schedule consultations for the sales team.
• Guide homeowners through scheduling while maintaining a welcoming experience.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team for calendar placement and smooth handoffs.
• Assist with special projects as needed by leadership.
