Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, call center, or sales preferred.
• Fluent in English, with clear, professional verbal communication and strong phone etiquette.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners via inbound calls, delivering exceptional service and building trust.
• Make outbound calls to warm leads from internal databases and schedule consultations for the sales team.
• Guide homeowners through the scheduling process while providing a professional and welcoming experience on every call.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate calendar placement and a smooth customer handoff.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.
