Job summary

Renewal by Andersen seeks an Inside Sales Center Agent to identify, engage, and create opportunities with homeowners across our markets. You will drive conversions of inquiries into appointments for our sales consultants.

The role offers a base plus performance bonus, paid weekly, full-time schedules, and requires at least 1 year in sales or customer service. High school diploma required and reliable transportation needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Sales & Marketing experience.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service & professional phone etiquette experience.
• Prior experience in Home Improvement or appointment setting is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable using dual computer screens.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats from homeowners.
• Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction.
• Qualify incoming leads and generate interest in products and services.
• Schedule in-home appointments with sales consultants and coordinate with the team.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency.
