Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is seeking Inside Sales Center (ISC) Representatives in Portland. You’ll manage inbound/outbound calls, schedule consultations, and ensure a seamless homeowner experience while earning bonuses and advancing with structured training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers as the first point of contact via inbound calls; deliver excellent service.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team by calling warm leads from internal databases.
• Guide homeowners through the scheduling process with a professional, welcoming experience.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate calendar placement and smooth handoffs.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Inside Sales Center (ISC) Representatives to join our expanding Portland-based team. As an ISC Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience for homeowners. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a well-established and supportive organization.

• Strong Base Pay + Incentives: Earn $18–$21 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses paid with each paycheck. Top performers can earn $45,000–$70,000 in annual total compensation (OTE).

What will You do?

• Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners via inbound calls, delivering exceptional service and building trust.


• Appointment Scheduling: Make outbound calls to warm leads from internal databases (no cold calling) and schedule consultations for our sales team.


• Customer Experience: Guide homeowners through the scheduling process while providing a professional and welcoming experience on every call.


• Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interactions in the CRM system.


• Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate calendar placement and a smooth customer handoff.


• Additional Duties: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.

What are We looking for?

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service, call center, or sales preferred.


• Communication: Fluent in English, with clear, professional verbal communication skills and strong phone etiquette. Bilingual Spanish skills are a strong plus!


• Performance Mindset: Motivated to meet performance goals and receptive to coaching and feedback.


• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency, comfort navigating multiple screens, and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.


• Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


• Reliable Commute: Ability to reliably commute to and from our Tualatin office.

Physical Requirements

• Work Environment: On-site, in a dynamic office/call center setting with moderate noise level.


• Activity: Approximately 90% of time spent sitting at a desk, using a computer and phone.


• Schedule: Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

$18 - $21 an hour
