Job summary

Champro Sports is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales team, build retailer bids, and nurture customer relationships. The role operates Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, in the United States, with base salary, commission, and a bonus.

The candidate should have a background in sales, sports, or business administration, strong data-analysis skills, and the ability to relocate within the U.S. in the next year.

• Background in sales, sports, or business administration preferred.
• Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. in the next 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Bid Support program by filling out and completing bids for retailers.
• Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior.
• Keep accurate records for inventory and account notes.
• Identify industry trends.
• Research and generate lists of potential customers.
• Build a database of sports teams, leagues and organizations.
• Qualify potential customers such as intramural programs and sports facilities.
• Load leads into CRM software.
• Learn and apply sales techniques.
