Job summary

LKQ Corporation is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team on-site at 3052 Bryant, AR. You will promote sales of new and existing parts, provide customer service, and help customers select the right solutions.

You will handle order entry, pricing, quantities, and shipping data, inform customers of delays, and build relationships with new and existing clients. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year related experience.
• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong arithmetic and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, parts quality, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Process orders—entry, pricing, quantities, and shipping data; may dispatch in some locations.
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Inform customers of prices, shipping dates, delays, and substitutions if parts unavailable.
• Follow up with customers and support transactions.
