LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Bryant, AR. The role focuses on generating revenue by promoting sales of new and existing LKQ products, delivering excellent customer service, and understanding customer needs related to parts, pricing, and services.

Essential duties include providing information on warranties and pricing, processing orders, and developing relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality, delivery times and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates and delays.
• Advise on substitution or modification of parts when unavailable.
• Process orders including entry, pricing, quantities and shipping data.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
